last week our friend Ed called to invite me to dinner.
Our other mutual friend, Lee James Hao was also going to be there.
This was going to be great! I was so excited!
I stopped at Paalakai Market and got poke, mando and boiled peanuts
it was the perfect night in the backyard at the Cua's
we spent hours talking.
Lee James said that I'd known him for since he was 16.
He used to surf in longboard contest with Geoff and had
stayed in our house in San Clemente.
Lee James also dances hula in Carson and they were in Merrie Monarch
this year. When I yelled at him, he said he knew it was someone from
surfing, because I called him Lee James.
such a fun night.
