This weekend was the opening of the new San Clemente Sports Park.
We drove around the baseball, football and soccer fields.
We got to go inside the Aquatics park because the grands were there swimming with
friends.
It's beautiful. A kiddie pool with mid 80 degree water and a fun water feature.
A huge pool with lots of swim lanes and very bouncy diving boards.
Apparently Target stepped up and put in the $$$ to actually get it built
after years of talk. It helps that it's right across the street from the new San Clemente
Target store. Whatever it took to get it built was worth it...it's a real
win/win for the families of San Clemente.
