Since Kaena Pt. is the northern most point on Oahu, the sunsets are
a little different. I was at the parking lot at the beginning of the north side of
the trail, so you don't see the full sun setting...but there is plenty of
other stuff going on.
the white rectangle right in the middle of the photo below is the church at
Waimea Bay
right in the middle of this shot is the last sign of a whale breeching...it's so hard
to get a picture of them. There were about 6 of them playing out there.
This guy was chanting/singing
he may have been doing an offering of some type or
ashes.
