It was hubby's birthday. He didn't want anything but to go to El Palenque for dinner.
He' been off-island during the day for work, so he was tired and just wanted
to eat early, so off we went.
a tip of a chip into the salsa is far enough...
he loves chicken fajitas...
my machaca, so yummy or way too much food...
he got his favorite soda...Penafial sangria.

We ate at El Palenque once a couple of years ago. It was pretty good! Oly was kind of tripping out though because they have Huevos con Papa on their menu and he never heard it called that before. He has grown up hearing Papas con Huevo. lol
