the traffic in Haleiwa on the weekends is crazy...locals shopping, tour buses,
tourist escaping to the North Shore, a triathlon . so add something else to the mix...
this is what was going on in Haleiwa on Saturday around
noon.
People marching in protest to Monsanto and GMO's...
one account said thousands, but really was a few hundred.
still enough to make a traffic mess.
it was horrible! couldn't get out at all, I'd been at the market.
glad to find out today that instead of doing this EVERY saturday
in March in Haleiwa, they're going to go to different islands.
