Hubby is at war (again) with the chickens. Since the crazy neighbors continue to feed the chickens, there are TOO many chickens. They have ruined our flower beds, under-mined the trees, dug up whole areas of ground cover and are just a pain in the neck. This isn't only our problem, it's the whole neighborhood. Everyone has found ways to go after them. The dogs on the street have actually gotten in on it. If you know hubby, you know he takes his yard very, very seriously!
On Mondays when Hubby is home working in the office all day, he's launched a full out attack. As soon as the chickens cross into our yard, he's out there...
hiding in the bushes.
He's done a pretty good job of scaring them out of the yard.
When they see him coming they will actually run now.
So far he hasn't shot his eye out with the Red Rider.
Oh the joys of living in the country!
